Without a diagnosis of cancer, recent bariatric surgery within the last 18 months, active gallbladder disease, a history of pancreatitis within the last six months, or a history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN syndrome

Our facility operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays, ensuring our team is well-rested and ready to provide the best service to our clients.

Yes. After your starter kit is approved and shipped, you are automatically enrolled in our monthly auto-refill program for convenience.
You will receive a refill kit every 4 weeks unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time after receiving your starter kit.

We prescribe compounded Semaglutide only when an FDA-approved commercial product (Ozempic®️ / Wegovy®️ / Mounjaro®️) is medically unsuitable or unavailable for you. Acceptable reasons include:
The strength / form you need is on the FDA Drug-Shortage list.
You have a documented allergy or intolerance to an excipient in the brand injection.
You require a custom strength or vitamin combination that is not marketed.
Compounded formulations are never chosen solely for price or convenience

It's important to note that the medications prescribed through our program are compounded versions, distinct from brand-name medications such as Saxenda®, Victoza®, Wegovy®, Ozempic®, Mounjaro®, or Zepbound™. These compounds are not affiliated with Novo Nordisk™, Eli Lilly and Company, or their respective brand-name products, offering a tailored approach to meet individual treatment needs.
